We use service providers such as cloud hosting, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudinary, Google (Sign-In / YouTube APIs), GitHub, Razorpay, and (on our marketing site) Google AdSense. They may process data in India or abroad. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 90 days, as required under the DPDP framework when applicable. You may also refer complaints to the Data Protection Board of India when that avenue is available under law.
Under Indian law, a child is a person under 18. Sociials is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process personal data of children in India without verifiable parental consent as required by law. If you believe we have collected a child's data in India, contact asksociials@gmail.com. (US users: see Section 8 above — under 13.)
We implement reasonable security for non-public personal data (accounts, emails, payment references, OAuth tokens, newsletter leads). A breach of intentionally public bio content is a different risk profile from unauthorized access to private account data; we will notify affected Data Principals and authorities as required by Indian law when a personal data breach affects non-public personal data we hold.
Where the DPDP Act requires consent, we seek it through sign-up flows, integration connects, collection forms (e.g. newsletter), and our cookie banner on sociials.com (analytics and advertising are off until you opt in). Full notice is in this policy and at https://sociials.com. See also homepage purpose summary, Cookie Policy & settings.
